As Chief Operating Officer of nuSelf Bariatrics for nearly two decades, she led strategic expansion across multiple community locations, drove 500% practice growth, and built a disciplined operational structure recognized among the top weight loss practices in Austin.
Nalini also led the startup operations and strategic direction for nuSelf Aesthetics — a multi-specialty platform integrating Longevity, Medspa, and Cosmetic Surgery services — architecting the infrastructure for disciplined, multi-location expansion.
Her work spans financial architecture, service line expansion, talent development, cross-system collaboration, and data-driven operational management.
